Introduction
Health and Safety Plan of ZZA Enterprise which addresses hazards identified within which includes safe working procedures to reduce, control and mitigate the dangers identified.
The Content
The cleaning work or activities that shall take place in general buildings and public service buildings where cleaning regulations will be complied with as per requirements
ZAA Enterprises (Pty) Ltd shall provide and indicate to the principal contract appropriate and adequate documents of health and safety specifications contemplated in regulation 5(3)(a) of occupational health and safety act. The plan shall be applied from date resuming operations, to the duration of the cleaning work onsite.
Duties of The Contractor ZZA Enterprise (Pty) Ltd
In terms of cleaning regulations to our daily activities taking place, I will insure that
§ The employees will work under the environment that is safe and without risk.
§ The risk assessment will be conducted to ensure that hazards are identified, reduced, mitigate and control measures are in place.
§ The employees will be provided with suitable and approved protective clothing e.g. safety boots, overalls, helmets. Masks, goggles etc.
§ The employees are supplied with information, training and supervision as may be necessary to ensure practicality is reasonable to health and safety of employees at work place.
§ All the necessary measures are taken to ensure the requirements of this act are complied with by every person employed or on the premises of the identified hazardous place.
§ The measures are enforced to necessitate the interest of health and safety for the employees.
§ The work that is performed is used under the general supervision of a person trained to understand the dangers associated with and who has the authority to ensure that precautionary measures are taken by the employer to be implemented.
§ All employees are informed regarding the scope of their authority as contemplated in section 37(1) (B) of the occupation health and safety act.
§ The employees are will trained and qualified to use various chemicals in suitable areas. They are trained to put extreme care in handling and safe storage of chemicals.
Conclusion
§ The risk assessment shall be received as soon as more activities are added or if there are any alterations taking place.
§ As ZZA Enterprise (Pty) Ltd referred here as employers shall never compromise terms of health and safety of our employees, while to make it our first priority.
